On April 1st, 2017, the convenient non-state channel "SEVIMLI" was introduced under the name "Caravan TV". His area focus is educational and entertaining music. The name of the channel was changed from "Caravan TV" to "Sevimli TV" on December 1, 2017. The TV channel broadcasts shows and programmes around Uzbekistan twenty-four hours a day.
The management centre is located at 53 Amir Temur Street, Mirabad District, Tashkent City.
Based on the data, women make up 52% of the active TV audience in Uzbekistan today, while males make up 42%. Of them, 43 are labour market participants, and 83% of TV viewers are Uzbek speakers. In this case, the average TV audience of the "SEVIMLI" TV station is 3,800,000. All of our republic's TV channels currently send signals in both HD and SD formats—576i 16:9 (SDTV) and 1080i (HDTV)—to neighbouring countries.

"Sevimli" TV channel has made great preparations over the past period to improve the quality of national content, make it more appealing to viewers, and achieve high ratings. In this regard, about 50 new projects have been prepared. Contracts have been signed with private film studios for the purchase of more than 20 national series. More than 750 national films have been purchased, enriching the channel's archive database.

"SEVIMLI" TV channel has also started producing TV series to create national content and develop the national TV products market. Over the past 2 years, the channel has produced 10 new national series. In 2023, 6 more new series are planned to be produced and broadcast

All of this has ensured that "Sevimli" TV channel has been the most watched channel among audiences aged 6 to 55 since 2019. With a 17.5% share of the total target audience, it continues to maintain its position as Uzbekistan's number one TV channel
